Purchasing from our Website

Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order, then if you order, print a copy of your order for future reference.

The contract between us will be formed once we confirm to your acceptance of your order. We will do this by email for internet orders and by telephone for phone orders and postal orders. Prior to then, we will be under no obligation to supply you with the goods you have ordered.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

If you purchase from this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Rubber55.co.uk does not sell products to children but it sells them to adults, who can purchase using a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use Rubber55.co.uk only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Rubber55.co.uk reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Sizes

Please provide us with the relevant measurements, so that we can send you the correct sized garment. If ordering a custom “made to measure” garment, you are responsible for supplying us with the correct measurements, using the “sizing diagram” and instructions as a reference guide.

Colours

All colours displayed in the “colour chart” are a basic representation of the colours we offer. These colours may vary slightly from batch to batch. All garments ordered in pearlsheen will be charged 20% extra to cover cost of materials.

Price

The price shall be the price quoted on the website or the catalogue (which is inclusive of VAT) except for when we make an error or if the price has changed since publication. If we have made an error, we will inform you of this as soon after you have placed your order as possible and will tell you the correct price and you will be asked if you still wish to place the order with us. If we have not heard back from you within 10 days, then we will presume that you did not want to place your order again with us and we will give you a full refund if you have already paid.

We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications or merchandise at any time, without notice.

Payment

All payments must be in advance. Major credit cards are accepted. Your card must be registered at the billing address. Cheques are accepted if drawn against UK bank only. Make cheques or postal/money orders payable to “Rubber55”. If sending cash please make sure that it is sent by insured post.

All goods are made to order and we hold minimal stock.

Delivery

Please allow 6 weeks for delivery within the UK, or 8 weeks if delivery is to a destination outside the UK.

If we are not able to deliver goods within these times, Rubber55 will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.

Rubber55 will not be under any liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver if the same is wholly or partly caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All goods are dispatched by post or courier service in plain, discreet packaging for your privacy. All parcels will be sent by recorded post and will require a signature on delivery.

All items purchased from Rubber55.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We strongly suggest that, upon receipt, you inspect the goods and advise us if the goods are faulty.

Returns & Exchanges

Rubber55 will only accept refunds or exchanges if the goods are faulty. Exchanges or refunds on returned goods are only accepted if the item is in its original condition and unworn together with the receipt. All exchanges must include instructions on what size you require and a new item will be sent to you. Returns must be shipped back with the receipt for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt.

Please note: For reasons of hygiene, underwear ranges will only be exchanged if they are faulty. All goods are thoroughly checked prior to shipping.

We recommend returning the goods via insured post as we are not responsible for any loss or returns/exchanges.

As a consumer, you have certain rights by law regarding the return of defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by negligence on our part or failure to carry out our obligations. These terms and conditions shall not affect those rights.

Repairs

Repairs will only be accepted if all the following conditions are adhered to:

Garments must be thoroughly cleaned inside & out, including all traces of rubber polish or silicone products.
Repair has not already been attempted.

Rubber55.co.uk uses your information carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting Rubber55.co.uk, you are accepting the practices described in the Privacy Notice.

The only information Rubber55.co.uk gathers, is the information you are willing to share with us. That means for instance that when you want to place an order, we need certain information to handle that correctly. This information is never used outside Rubber55.co.uk.

Rubber55.co.uk does not share information with third parties, other than the information needed to share with our carrier in order to send you the purchased goods, our business is fetish, not selling information. Your details will therefore never be exposed to others for a commercial reason.

We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
