Returning your Order
If you need to return your order (e.g. faulty goods/size exchange), please email us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We can discuss options for your order. If a return is needed the steps below will be the returns process.
When returning your order please keep the original packaging, if possible. We must receive your order in original unworn condition. When packaging your garment(s) please keep as flat as possible. Try to ensure no hard creases. Make sure it is dry and not wet in any way. Right side out (shiny surface to the outside) and zipped up. Please try to ensure no creases will happen in the eye trims and nose in particular. Make sure the parcel is tapped up securely for transit.
When shipping back, please choose a service which covers yourself against any loss or damage (eg UK returns sent by "special delivery"). A tracked service is recommended.
EU and International (Non-UK) Orders
You will need to fill in a customs declaration. You must state that you are returning goods to the original manufacturer for EXCHANGE/RETURN/REPAIR otherwise customs fees may be incurred, and we will not accept the parcel. You are responsible for all shipping costs, where applicable. Country of origin is GB or GBR.

Please email us when you have sent the return and please let us know the tracking information. You may wish to take a photo of the parcel for your own reference.
Once we have received your returned order, it will be inspected by us. We will inform you of an approximate timeline for your order replacement.
